What Information I Collect
When you use the "Start a Conversation" form, I collect what you provide: your name, school or program name, city/state, what you're looking for help with, any additional details you share, your email, and your phone number. If you choose, you can also include things like your role, timeline, or preferred contact method inside the free-text details field — that's optional information you can share there.
How I Use Your Information
I use this information for one purpose: to personally follow up with you about what you shared. I don't use it for automated marketing, and I don't sell it.
How Your Information Is Stored
When you submit the "Start a Conversation" form, your message is sent to my email through Resend, a third-party email delivery service that processes the message in transit. There isn't a separate database storing your information at this time.
Third Parties
I work with a small number of trusted, vetted partner companies. I only share your information with a partner if it's relevant to what you're looking for and you're comfortable being connected — never without your knowledge.
Your Choices
You can ask me at any time what information I have on file for you, or ask me to delete it. Just reach out at hello@ronhelps.com.
